At Canine Design we guarantee a well connected dog grooming experience with you and your pet while you’re away. If the need arises you'll be contacted immediately. We don't make decisions you should be making for your pets.

Appointment Policies
To ensure every client receives the highest level of service, we have established the following appointment policies. These guidelines address cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your service may be shortened so we can stay on schedule for the next client.
If we are still able to provide your service, a Late Arrival Fee of $15 will be charged when you are more than 15 minutes late. Depending on the day’s schedule, arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. Same-day cancellations may be treated as a no-show, depending on schedule availability and flexibility.

No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide prior notice, a No-Show Fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
If you have two or more no-shows, you may be required to prepay for all future appointments.

Fee Summary
Late Arrival Fee (service still provided): $15 (more than 15 minutes late)
Late Cancellation Fee (less than 24 hours’ notice): 50% of total service cost
No-Show Fee: 100% of total service cost
